Tips On Reducing Forgotten

Forgotten is that we often encounter in our daily lives. It is very disturbing our activities, even forget to give a huge risk to our lives. However, at least we can reduce our forgetfulness about something with little things, such as:

1 Plan
Better, we are making plans to do going forward. The plan we can write down on paper and stick in the place that we often passed in the house, so we'll often see it and remember it.

2. Store Items in Place
It is easier for us when we look for an item that we wish to use. If goods are not we put in place, we will have difficulty in looking for it.

3. Do Not Panic
When we were looking for something and forgot to put it, you do not panic. Panicking will not solve our problem, but it makes our problem more difficult to solve. Keep that mind and think about using a cool head.

4. Repeated
As we often repeat or memorize, then we will easily remember. For example. about the lessons.

5. Do Not Delay
If we suspend our work, the more it will grow a lot of our work, it can cause us to forget the work that we have done before.

However, there are some things that must be considered to reduce our memory weakness, such as eating foods that contain high protein, multiply drinking water after waking up in the morning, at least 2 glass. Do not stay up late at night and do not rush to do something.
