"Yes Man"

Do you know "yes man? 

Yes man is a nickname for a person that always shows the agreement, He/She always agree with the opinion someone or a decision that will be reached.  

If you are in a some organization, you are not well not to be a yes man, because in the organization we be charged to be someone who active and always give an opinion, not always according to course or all agreed on friends or pour colleagues.  

In here we view as having a good knowledge of a think and easy to follow all opinion of friends. Here we are not active and never trying to think to give an opinion. 

Whereas in organization the opinion is necessary to obtain a decision best.

But, in some times, we need a yes man, while we will approve something and there must be unanimity and unity of opinion to prevent conflict., so we have to control our selfishness to win our opinions.
