5 Foods Preventing Dehydration

1. Mango
Mango fruit is rich vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin A. Function of  vitamin A is regenerate damaged skin cells. In addition, the mango also helps improve the skin after exposure at acne. Add mango into your daily diet to get the benefits of vitamin A and prevents dehydration if you drink less water.

2. Pomegranate
Pomegranate is a deterrent dehydrate food and a good antioxidant. Antioxidants such as poly phenols in pomegranates can increase the body's protection against sun rays that threaten health.

3. Avocado
Avocado seems less convincing to be one of a list of foods preventing dehydration, but the avocado helps the body retain water longer. Unsaturated fat and fiber in avocados can prevent the body from diabetes and cholesterol.

4. Cucumber
Cucumbers are low in calories it contains a lot of water which prevents you become dehydrated. In addition, cucumber also a source of silica, a mineral that improve the performance of the connective tissue. Cucumber skin also rich vitamin A, vitamin C, and folic acid. So do not peel the cucumber skin while enjoying it.

5. Broccoli
Broccoli and other green vegetables, such as spinach, is a source of lipoic acid (alpha lipoic acid) which is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory that is good for the body. Do not forget, broccoli any one type pf food that you can eat to prevent dehydration.
