How to Make Fried Rice
Fried rice is very common in our live. Food that simple and delicious.
In below this is the way for making fried rice.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs peanut oil
- 150 g rindless bacon rashers, cut cross ways into long thin strips
- 300 g medium green prawns, peeled with tails left intact, deveined, chopped
- 1 small red capsicum, halved, desseded
- finely chopped
- 300 g (2 cups) frozen peas (thawed following packet direction)
- 3 eggs, lightly whisked
- 4 cups cooked long grain
- white rice, cooled long grain
- 65 grams bean sprouts
- 2 tbs soy sauces
- 2 green shallots, trimmed, diagonally thinly sliced
Steps
- Heat the oil in a large wok over high heat. Add the bacon and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the prawns, capsicum and peas, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium-high and pour the eggs into the wok. Use a wooden spoon to break up the eggs until just seat.
- Add the cooked rice to the wok and cook, tossing often, for 2 minutes or until well combined and heated through.

Tinker Bell
Tinker Bell (often misspelled as Tinkerbell, also referred to as Tink for short), is a fictional character from J.M Barrie's 1904 play Peter Pan and its 1911 novelization Peter and Wendy. How to Make Kimchi.......!!!
Kimchi is a food that very common in Korea, because t is one of Korean's cuisine, The main ingredients is carrot and cabbage.
The recipe are:
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 medium carrot, cut like french fries
- 6 cups water
- 2 lbs Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup of minced garlic
- 6 scallions, cut into 2 inch lengths, then slivered
- 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoon of brine shrimp sauce or anchovy fish sauce
- 1/4 cup of Korean ground dried hot pepper
- 1 cup of shredded Korean radish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Steps:
- Dissolve the 3 tablespoons salt in the water
- Put the cabbage into a large bowl, a crock, or a nonreactive pot, and pour the brine over it
- Weight the cabbage down with a plate. Let the cabbage stand for 12 hours
- Drain the cabbage, reserving the brine.
- Mix the cabbage with the remaining ingredients, including the 1 teaspoon salt. Pack the mixture into a 2-quart
- jar. Pour enough of the reserved brine over the cabbage to cover it. Push a freezer bag into the bag. Seal the bag. Let kimchi ferment in a cool place, a temperature no higher for 3 to 6 days, until the kimchi is as sour as you like
- Remove the brine bag, and cap the jar tightly. Store the kimchi in the refrigerator, where it will keep for months

Klepon is a kind of cake that come from Indonesia, this cake very famous in Indonesia. It can used for snack. The recipe is:

- 200 grams sweet rice (also called glutinous rice flour)
- 180 ml water (until dough can be worked in hands without sticking)
- 20 ml pandan essense
- 120 grams palm sugar
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
Steps:
- In a bowl mix the water and pandan essence into the rice flour until you have a dough. You should be able to roll balls easily, if it's breaking up it's too dry. It different texture than wheat flour, if kind of breaks off when pulling apart rather than being stretchy.
- Pinch off pieces of dough enough to make a 20 gram, 1 1/4 round balls.
- Once you've made a ball put a tsp of palm sugar into the center, pinch over to seal the well you've filled and roll in your hands again to achieve a nice smooth ball shape again.
- One you've filled all your dough balls sink them in a pot of boiling water, use a slotted spoon to move them around initially to make sure they haven't stuck to the bottom.
- When the balls float to the top they are almost ready, let them float for about 1 minute then remove from the water and roll in a bowl filled with the coconut grater.
- They will be very soft and squishy when they are straight from the water, let them cool slightly so you don't burn your mouth on the hot sugary center, a couple of minutes should do
- Klepon ready to serve

Bill Gates Regains Title of World's Richest Person
Bill Gated has regained his title as richest man in the world after five years out of the top spot, beating Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim.
The net worth of Gates, founder of Microsoft and co-chair of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, hit a five year high on Thursday at $72.7 billion, topping that of Slim, 73, according to Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
Gates last held the title. which has also been held by Berkshire Hathaway chairman and CEO Warren Buffett, five years ago.
Though Gates, 57, is still chairman of Microsoft, he only owns about 5 percent of it, reports Forbes. Microsoft shares are up 28 percent this year. Bloomberg figures that Gate's fortune has risen 15 percent this year.
